Built by those who've lived burnout—and solved it
Dr. Jessica Hott and Alexandra Wisenall know firsthand what it means to juggle patient care, inbox overload, and the relentless demands of desktop medicine. That’s why they created Hottwise Company—to give healthcare professionals real-world tools, time-saving strategies, and a better way to work.
Their stories are personal. Their mission is practical. And their approach is reshaping the future of how we thrive in medicine.
Dr. Jessica Hott, DO, FACOG
Dr. Jessica Hott is a board-certified OB/GYN with a decade of experience in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, clinical leadership, and medical education. As a global educator in robotic surgery and an assistant professor, she’s known for equipping providers with the tools to practice smarter.
But her mission runs deeper than the OR. After navigating personal tragedy, new motherhood, and a relentless work cycle that bled into every corner of her life, Jess set out to fix what felt broken—not just in her own routine, but in the system at large. What started as a personal quest to reclaim time and purpose grew into something bigger: Hottwise.
At Hottwise, Jess leads the charge to reimagine how healthcare professionals interact with desktop medicine—turning inefficiency and overwhelm into opportunity and autonomy. Through practical strategies, workflow redesign, and compassionate training, she helps providers take back control of their time and rediscover their joy in medicine.
Her belief is simple but bold: Healthcare should support the well-being of providers, not just patients. And she’s here to make that belief a reality.
